National carriage of goods by road: the “Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002” (AVC) always supplemented by the “Algemene Voorwaarden voor Exceptioneel Transport” (AVET), deposited at Registry of the District Court at Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
International carriage of goods by road: the Convention on the contract for international carriage of goods by road (CMR) in addition the “Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002” (AVC 2002) and the “Algemene Voorwaarden voor Exceptioneel Transport” (AVET), deposited at Registry of the District Court at Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Tipper transport by road: the “KIPON Algemene Voorwaarden”, deposited at the Chamber of Commerce Eindhoven, file number 17195565.
With regard to the above mentioned conditions the latest version is applicable. If required a copy will be forwarded free of charge. The above mentioned conditions can be accessed on our website www.schoonestransport.nl.
